About this plan
When the basic regimen needs more, the Advanced plan steps up. Combination therapy (topical plus oral, with supporting treatments where appropriate) is widely used for established hair loss, and is also the regimen most commonly used pre-transplant and post-transplant to slow ongoing miniaturisation of the native hair around the surgical area. Quarterly clinical reviews mean we can adjust your plan as you respond, rather than holding you on a fixed regimen that may not be working.

Is there a consultation appointment?
No. Clinical review is asynchronous: you complete the questionnaire, a GMC-registered doctor reviews your case against your medical history, and your medication is dispensed and delivered if treatment is appropriate. No appointment, no waiting room.
How often are follow-ups?
Every three months as standard. Your clinician adjusts the plan based on how you're responding.
Do I need a GP referral to start the WMG Advanced Hair Plan?
No. WMG Meds is a direct-access service, so you can start the assessment and have a GMC-registered doctor review your case without going through your GP.
