Clinical review by a doctor
A GMC-registered doctor working under Westminster Medical Group reviews your answers against your declared medical history. They decide whether prescription treatment is clinically appropriate, and if so, which medication and dose suits you. No video call, no appointment, no waiting room.
- Reviewed by a named, GMC-registered prescribing doctor.
- Clinical review usually within two hours during clinic hours (Mon-Fri 8:15am-4:00pm). Submissions outside clinic hours are reviewed the next working day.
- If you are not eligible (clinical concern, contraindication, missing info), the doctor will tell you why and what to do next.
Plan and prescription
If you are eligible, your clinician confirms the plan, sets the prescription, and explains what to expect in plain English. You will get the rationale, the dose, the schedule, and a clear view of how progress is measured.
- Combination therapies (topical and/or oral) where clinically appropriate.
- Pre-treatment bloodwork via WMG Healthcare for more complex cases.
- Realistic expectations set in writing. Response varies between individuals; the doctor will explain what to expect for your case.
Dispensed and delivered
Your prescription is sent to our partner UK pharmacy for dispensing, then delivered to you in plain, discreet packaging. Follow-up clinical reviews are built into every plan so the doctor can adjust based on how you actually respond.

What the timeline looks like
From first questionnaire to seeing results, the rough cadence most patients experience.
- Day 1
- Complete the questionnaire. Doctor reviews your case, usually within two hours during clinic hours.
- Days 1 to 3
- If eligible, plan and prescription confirmed. Medication dispensed for delivery.
- Days 2 to 5
- Medication arrives discreetly. Treatment starts.
- Month 1
- Settling-in phase. Some patients notice initial shedding (expected).
- Month 3
- First follow-up clinical review. Doctor adjusts the plan if needed.
- Month 6
- Plan reviewed against response. Adjustments are routine.
- Month 12+
- Ongoing maintenance with scheduled reviews.
